Unused credit packs

When payments open, an entirely unused pack will be refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support@aichristmaslights.com from the account email and include the transaction reference and purchase date. Do not include passwords or payment credentials. Refunded pack credits will be removed from the account balance.

The 14-day policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Any required digital-service consent or withdrawal information must be provided at future checkout.

Failed or refused jobs

A failed or refused render will automatically return the credits used for that job. This restores credits rather than sending money through the payment provider. If the credit reversal is missing, email the job ID, approximate time and quality setting so support can investigate. Avoid repeating a failing request while the issue is unresolved.

Used credits and technical failures

Used credits will not be refundable except for technical failure, subject to applicable consumer rights. A completed AI preview may differ in small architectural details, light counts or decoration placement. Try the free mode and compare the result with your original before buying a pack. Higher resolution does not guarantee exact accuracy.

Payment refunds

Planned purchases and monetary refunds will use PayPal. Approved refunds will go through the original payment route; the time until funds appear depends on the provider and funding source.
